K.J.Rabane has written for newspapers, magazines and had short stories published by Honno in an anthology of crime fiction. SHe has also written a script for an on-going drama series in collaboration with another local writer.
She has been a commissioned contributor to the Food and Drink Guide and has worked as a freelance supporting artist for film and television productions since 2005.
Her main interest is in writing Crime Fiction and Psychological Thrillers but her novel According to Olwen is the exception and deals with a nostalgic look at a childhood in Wales which links the past to the present in a poignant tale. She has also written two Children's Books. All her characters are full of idiosyncratic characters and her crime fiction books and thrillers are plot driven.
K.J's poem Luminous Socks reached the finals of the 2012 All Wales Poetry Competition and her novel Who is Sarah Lawson reached the quarter finals of the Amazon Breakthrough Novel award against entries worldwide.
At present she is working with ACX.com to complete audio versions of her books which will be available to perchase on Amazon, Audible and ITunes exclusively. Three of her books are at the 'In Production' stage and should be on sale in the Autumn.
K.J.RABANE IS WORKING ON THE LAST NOVEL OF HER RICHIE STEVENS INVESTIGATES SERIES, WHICH IS TO BE CALLED CHECKMATE AND SHOULD BE ON SALE in 2019

Tiny Writers meet twice a month and have been a help an inspiration to me throughout my Kindle Publishing career.
13th March 2020.
This was the last physical meeting of the Tiny Writers in the Spring of 2020. We met in a local Garden Centre in order to catch up with our inspirational former tutor Steve Hitchins. Steve, once again, gave us food for thought with regard to our future writing. Robert Darke was unable to attend due to illness.
Soon after this meeting Lockdown because of the Coronavirus outbreak was imposed. However, we all still manage to 'meet up' via SKYPE and Zoom every two weeks which helps us to at least 'pretend' our
isolation isn't happening.
JULY 2020 Easing of lockdown. Tiny writers manages to meet up at last in the flesh...! in Pam's lovely garden. It felt such a treat to be getting back to 'normal' even if it was a 'new' normal with social distancing rules applying and all of us supplying our own drinks and snacks. Iona Jenkins was unable to attend due to illness.
